We are thrilled to be the new parents of a beautiful baby boy.Prescott was induced at the hospital the morning of the 25th. After a long day of waiting for the induction to take effect, the labor went quickly. After just an hour and a half of active labor Pres was born.
We gave him an English first name and a Setswana middle name. He is named in honor of his great-grandpa who passed away this fall. Prescott Solie was a hard working and godly man who served others with a quiet gentleness and strength. His middle name, Masimo, is the Setswana word for a field that is to be planted. We pray that God will reap an abundant crop in the life of little Prescott as He did in his great-grandpa's life.
